Parts Manager

About the Position

For our facility in Kalmar, we are seeking a Parts Manager, which involves responsibility for the workshop's spare parts supply and inventory management. An important part of your work is to collaborate with our mechanics on spare parts issues, as well as with our customers on these matters. You will work proactively for new business and high customer satisfaction. Continuous improvements for optimal flows are a key part of your work. The role also includes retail sales, administration, and invoicing.

About You

The role requires business acumen, a high sense of service, and positive leadership. You are a problem solver with order and structure. We prefer that you have a couple of years of experience in similar work, and it is an advantage if you have a Volvo background from the heavy side.

You have system familiarity and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. A driver's license with C-category and a forklift license are advantageous. We expect you to have the fundamental qualities of a good colleague: to be helpful, show respect, and be solution-oriented.
